Service department is best in class, they have the parts needed in stock and get them out quickly! We've been using an older kaps-all capper for a couple years, have not had many issues with it, using dual gripper belts did help with torque. Now we have a couple new machines by kaps-all, the built in logic on them is wonderful! Simple operation, easy repairs. They also sent "set up" sheets to change our product sizes easily. We purchased a complete new bottle filling line from Kaps-All, this includes a Gravity Filler, Caper, Bottle Carrier, Induction Cap Sealer, Wrap Label Machine and Accumulation Table. This new line will out produce our other two lines combined with less people watching the front end. We had to shift employees to the back end just to keep the table clear. From the day we talked about our needs with Mike, to the day it started producing product, Kaps-All has been great to work with. Whenever I have a question service has had the answer. They stand behind their products and also will talk you threw and problems you may experience to get them fixed. We’ve also had technicians come to our place to repair and they were also fantastic. I have been conducting business with Kaps-All Packaging Systems for over 10 years now. I was first introduced to Kaps-All at a Packaging show where I visited their booth. What attracted me to their booth was the clean styling and overall appearance of their machines they had on display. Since that time I have purchased a total of 20 machines with 2 active open quotes for some additional equipment. I currently utilize their bottle unscramblers, bottle cleaners, bottle cappers, bottle over cappers, and label machines. Kaps-All's spare parts department is a breeze to work with and they have awesome turn around time on the parts I need. This family-owned business will do everything they can to make your production automated and streamlined like never before. Take it from me. Our packaging company has been in business for over 90 years, and we SWEAR by Kaps-All's machinery. A small number of my favorite things from them: • They put measuring rulers everywhere on their machines to eliminate guesswork entirely. • Their staff will test and document your bottle, cap, product, label, etc. for you and save you the headache of doing everything yourself • After testing, your machinery will come with carefully curated changeover sheets to allow you a flawless and simple changing from one product to another. • ALL of their machines have a base price of well under $60,000 My only complaint is that we didn't discover them sooner, but that's my issue and not theirs. They've been in business since 1941 and they know what they're doing. If you're looking to automate your production line, give these folks a call; Kaps-All is standing by for you. Frankly, I WANT you to be their next customer because I know firsthand that it'll be worth it.

I have had a Kapps-All capper for over 30 years! When I decided to replace my old capper, which still works, I went back to Kapps-All for the reliability and ease of setup.

I have purchased about 5-6 lines from KAPS-ALL in the past 12 years. Reliable & low maintenance equipment. Extremely easy for operator training. Exceeded promised delivery times. KAPS-ALL will be my first choice on the next project.

We have been working to create a filling line at our new facility, and purchased the Au-3 Bottle Unscrambler. On top of having a helpful staff that addressed all of our concerns, the FAT was the most in depth and informative I have been involved with (thanks to Mike and Stan). The machine has held up to well over a million bottles in the past year, without as much as a jam or hitch - I think we had a power outage once that required the power to be reset- that was quite literally our only hangup. For the quality and price, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company in the future.
