If I were to write everything I love about Kaps-All and their machinery, this review would be WAY too long. This family-owned business will do everything they can to make your production automated and streamlined like never before. Take it from me. Our packaging company has been in business for over 90 years, and we SWEAR by Kaps-All's machinery. A small number of my favorite things from them: • They put measuring rulers everywhere on their machines to eliminate guesswork entirely. • Their staff will test and document your bottle, cap, product, label, etc. for you and save you the headache of doing everything yourself • After testing, your machinery will come with carefully curated changeover sheets to allow you a flawless and simple changing from one product to another. • ALL of their machines have a base price of well under $60,000 My only complaint is that we didn't discover them sooner, but that's my issue and not theirs. They've been in business since 1941 and they know what they're doing. If you're looking to automate your production line, give these folks a call; Kaps-All is standing by for you. Frankly, I WANT you to be their next customer because I know firsthand that it'll be worth it.

I have ordered parts and new equipment from Kaps All easily for 15 years. Company is always willing to support their products either with phone support or if needed sending out a technician. I have been to the facility and it is full of friendly folks that are busy building equipment. Nicely organized company looking to create long term relationships with customers looking to automate a product or process.

We absolutely love our A-6 capping machine, it was a real game changer for us. Kaps-All has top quality machines with the performance and reliability we need. We purchased an Unscrambler from Kaps-All recently. I am amazed! We set the machine up to the recipe provided by Kaps-All and it ran beautifully the first time. I did not need to play with the settings provided to get it to run, it simply ran when turned on after following Kaps-All's setup. The sale was flawless, all deadlines were met or exceeded. The machine was crated well and survived shipping from New York To Los Angeles with no issues at all. We run 5 - 8 hour shifts per week. The machine is running for 80% of that time. We have 5 containers 4 Oz to 1 Gallon and they all work great in the machine. We also have two jars that with some retooling also run on the machine without a hiccup. We also own a caper (A6) we purchased on the secondary market. The Kaps-All team did not let us down. After registering the machine Kaps-All helped us get the machine running our caps with minimal change parts. In fact we are currently working with Mike at Kaps-All to introduce another container and cap to this line. Any company that will support secondary owners and do it well is like gold. Kaps all is like platinum to me. I know my solved problems are a short phone call away. Our bottling line is made up of primarily Kaps-All machines that have been real work horses for more than a decade. The machines work very well but they do need loving and caring occasionally. Kaps-All manufactures great equipment. They are a leader in the industry. In addition to fine machines , the company has a tremendous team of skilled technicians that provide superb technical support. We were down on Friday. We requested assistance form the service department at Kaps-All. Gary diagnosed the issue and knew exactly what parts needed replacement. The machines are great and the technicians rock!!! At 9.00 am on Monday, Gary was at my door and put us back in business after 4 hours! Can't beat that anywhere!!!

Service department is best in class, they have the parts needed in stock and get them out quickly! We've been using an older kaps-all capper for a couple years, have not had many issues with it, using dual gripper belts did help with torque. Now we have a couple new machines by kaps-all, the built in logic on them is wonderful! Simple operation, easy repairs. They also sent "set up" sheets to change our product sizes easily. I have been conducting business with Kaps-All Packaging Systems for over 10 years now. I was first introduced to Kaps-All at a Packaging show where I visited their booth. What attracted me to their booth was the clean styling and overall appearance of their machines they had on display. Since that time I have purchased a total of 20 machines with 2 active open quotes for some additional equipment. I currently utilize their bottle unscramblers, bottle cleaners, bottle cappers, bottle over cappers, and label machines. Kaps-All's spare parts department is a breeze to work with and they have awesome turn around time on the parts I need. I have worked with them in obtaining change parts as new containers present themselves and have attended FAT's at their facilities. I will continue to do business with Kaps-All in the future. Their machine design, stainless steel offerings/options are a nice match for our food facility.

My company has been dealing with Kaps-All for 15 years. We purchased an induction sealer from them about 15 years ago and it has been working great since then. We recently had a circuit board issue with our sealer and the customer service has been fantastic. Michael made sure we were taken care of very promptly. Great company to work with!

Kapsall has been incredible to work with. I have purchased over 8 pieces of equipment. Their equipment is easy to use and easy to train people to use it. Its affordable, but some of their parts are delicate so you must treat with care. Their customer service is great and so far their parts have always been in stock.

We purchased a complete new bottle filling line from Kaps-All, this includes a Gravity Filler, Caper, Bottle Carrier, Induction Cap Sealer, Wrap Label Machine and Accumulation Table. This new line will out produce our other two lines combined with less people watching the front end. We had to shift employees to the back end just to keep the table clear. From the day we talked about our needs with Mike, to the day it started producing product, Kaps-All has been great to work with. Whenever I have a question service has had the answer. We have a full Kaps-All Liquid Filler line and multiple 6-Spindles Cappers on other lines that we had for over a decade and they perform very well with little to no maintenance needed. Their machines are top quality machines that provide great performance and reliability. We have been working to create a filling line at our new facility, and purchased the Au-3 Bottle Unscrambler. On top of having a helpful staff that addressed all of our concerns, the FAT was the most in depth and informative I have been involved with (thanks to Mike and Stan). The machine has held up to well over a million bottles in the past year, without as much as a jam or hitch - I think we had a power outage once that required the power to be reset- that was quite literally our only hangup. For the quality and price, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company in the future.

These guys are good. We have a VOL-BX machine we use it to saturate small pouches of wipes (50 mL each). We have done extensive studies and the variation is less than 1%. We ran 4500 cycles recently, and the machine ran like a swiss clock. ...and a shout out to Gary. Thanks for visiting and taking the time to train our maintenance folks. Great customer service!
