Service department is best in class, they have the parts needed in stock and get them out quickly! We've been using an older kaps-all capper for a couple years, have not had many issues with it, using dual gripper belts did help with torque. Now we have a couple new machines by kaps-all, the built in logic on them is wonderful! Simple operation, easy repairs. They also sent "set up" sheets to change our product sizes easily. I have been conducting business with Kaps-All Packaging Systems for over 10 years now. I was first introduced to Kaps-All at a Packaging show where I visited their booth. What attracted me to their booth was the clean styling and overall appearance of their machines they had on display. Our bottling line is made up of primarily Kaps-All machines that have been real work horses for more than a decade. The machines work very well but they do need loving and caring occasionally. Kaps-All manufactures great equipment. They are a leader in the industry. In addition to fine machines , the company has a tremendous team of skilled technicians that provide superb technical support. We were down on Friday. We requested assistance form the service department at Kaps-All. Gary diagnosed the issue and knew exactly what parts needed replacement. The machines are great and the technicians rock!!! At 9.00 am on Monday, Gary was at my door and put us back in business after 4 hours! Can't beat that anywhere!!!
