This company has been nothing but fantastic for us. I run a skincare manufacturer on Long Island and we have a few machines from kapsall. They stand behind their products and also will talk you threw and problems you may experience to get them fixed. We’ve also had technicians come to our place to repair and they were also fantastic. Not only did they technician fix the problem but also talked you threw it so you would understand for the future. If you have the chance to buy one of the many machines this company sells I highly recommend it.

I have been conducting business with Kaps-All Packaging Systems for over 10 years now. I was first introduced to Kaps-All at a Packaging show where I visited their booth. What attracted me to their booth was the clean styling and overall appearance of their machines they had on display. Since that time I have purchased a total of 20 machines with 2 active open quotes for some additional equipment. I currently utilize their bottle unscramblers, bottle cleaners, bottle cappers, bottle over cappers, and label machines. Kaps-All's spare parts department is a breeze to work with and they have awesome turn around time on the parts I need. I have worked with them in obtaining change parts as new containers present themselves and have attended FAT's at their facilities. I will continue to do business with Kaps-All in the future. Their machine design, stainless steel offerings/options are a nice match for our food facility.

Service department is best in class, they have the parts needed in stock and get them out quickly! We've been using an older kaps-all capper for a couple years, have not had many issues with it, using dual gripper belts did help with torque. Now we have a couple new machines by kaps-all, the built in logic on them is wonderful! Simple operation, easy repairs. They also sent "set up" sheets to change our product sizes easily. We have worked with Mike Herzog for 4 years now and have just handed over another project. They are my first and only call when it comes to equipment. The equipment works and is easily maintained, the customer service has been excellent although rarely needed.

For more then 25 yrs we been purchased equipment from hand tools to fillers and talking over the phone to request parts and or troubleshoot and all you find from Kaps-All is people with knowledge and willing to help.

Our bottling line is made up of primarily Kaps-All machines that have been real work horses for more than a decade. The machines work very well but they do need loving and caring occasionally. Kaps-All manufactures great equipment. They are a leader in the industry. In addition to fine machines , the company has a tremendous team of skilled technicians that provide superb technical support. We were down on Friday. We requested assistance form the service department at Kaps-All. Gary diagnosed the issue and knew exactly what parts needed replacement. The machines are great and the technicians rock!!! At 9.00 am on Monday, Gary was at my door and put us back in business after 4 hours! Can't beat that anywhere!!!
