A color touch screen control system allows for easy setup and interfacing. The touch screen allows the operator to control features including label countdown, bottle speed, motor speeds, and recipe settings with an onscreen keyboard for alpha-numeric naming. The heart of the machine is a European designed, field proven label applicator featuring a variable speed servo drive motor. The LW-40 can handle spools of up to a 300mm/12” diameter with a 76mm/3” center core. The machine is capable of labeling speeds of up to 40 meters per minute and adjusts on 5 axes for unsurpassed accuracy.
