Riverhead, NY USA – December, 2012 - AutoMate Technologies®, the originator of the “Waterless Cap Sealer®” introduces a combination in-line automatic labeling machine. This pressure sensitive labeler has been engineered for front and back flat panel applications and also round bottle wrap applications on plastic, metal, fiber and glass containers. Built with a patented one piece, heavy duty stainless steel welded design to assure positive and accurate labeling. The LC-40 is ready to be operated 3 shifts. A standard color touch screen control system allows for easy setup and interfacing. The touch screen allows the operator access to all control features including label countdown, bottle speed, motor speeds, date/lot coding, inspection and an onscreen keyboard for over 250 alpha-numeric recipes. The heart of the machine is a European designed, field proven label applicator featuring a variable speed servo drive motor. The LC-40 can handle spools of up to a 300mm/16” diameter with a 76mm/3” center core. The machine is capable of labeling speeds of up to 80 meters per minute and adjusts on 5 axes for unsurpassed accuracy.
